Dr Sebastian Baumgaertel is an internationally renowned orthodontist, educator and speaker with extensive expertise in skeletal anchorage, orthodontic biomechanics and MARPE.

He is a Clinical Associate Professor at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he directs the subspecialty clinic for skeletal anchorage and teaches orthodontic biomechanics. He also serves as a Visiting Professor at the University of Melbourne, Australia.

A sought-after international lecturer, Dr Baumgaertel has published numerous scientific papers, co-authored two textbooks and serves on the editorial boards of several leading orthodontic journals. Alongside his academic and research activities, he maintains orthodontic practices in Longmont and Berthoud, Colorado.
