Dr. Manal Ibrahim is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a dual-trained specialist in both prosthodontics and orthodontics. She founded Innovative Orthodontic Centers in Illinois and, together with her prosthodontic husband, Dr. Anthony LaVacca, co-founded Innovative Dental Partners, a practice offering prosthodontic, pediatric, general, and specialty dental care. She is also the founder of Innovative Coaching, through which she mentors and coaches dentists and orthodontists, with a particular focus on supporting women in the profession.

Dr. Ibrahim earned her dental and prosthodontic degrees from the University of Illinois, where she continues to serve as a clinical faculty member in the Department of Orthodontics. She went on to complete her orthodontic training at New York University.

She is an Align Faculty member, sits on the Align Ortho Advisory Board, speaks on behalf of Align, and mentors fellow orthodontists through the Align Orthodontist Network. For more than 10 years, she has also served as a key opinion leader and advisor for Align Technology, contributing to market research, product development, and innovation.

Dr. Ibrahim serves on the Clinical Advisory Boards of OrthoPulse and Delta Dental of Illinois, as well as the Strategic Advisory Board of the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. She is actively involved with the American Association of Orthodontists and has lectured nationally and internationally, authored numerous articles, and appeared on television, radio, and in print. She has been named "Best Dentist" in her community for 18 consecutive years and continues to advance excellence in orthodontics, prosthodontics, and professional mentorship.
